Don't be 'put-off' by the poor phone etiquette, when you're calling this Plainwell location. When I went in to meet with Jim, the salesperson in Pre-owned, he was a nice, family guy trying to help me find the right vehicle for me. Also, Paul in finance really worked with us in getting me comfortable with where I wanted my monthly payment to be, as well. I will go back the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.
