I buy a defective game then they won't fix the issue the next day then tell me they will buy it back for .03 I payed $40 for it are u kidding me

Staff is very helpful with finding what you are looking for. I just hate that they always try to sell you extra stuff (reasoning for the 4 stars).
One of the better Gamestops with friendly people. Only downside is it's a smaller space so it's hard to find clearance items like the other stores have on display
