I would give this place zero stars if I could! I called a week in advance to have my hair appointment for prom changed from 11:30 to 4:00 (they were very friendly on the phone). I came in and I was treated very rudely and was told my appointment was never changed! The lady at the front desk told me to leave and they didn't have a spot for me. I was left to do my own hair last minute on prom night. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends. VERY unprofessional!
I came here because my last haircut in Allegan was horrible. I had Sam cut my hair today! Incredible!! Best cut I've had in years! I found my new stylist. I won't go anywhere else from now on!!
